About this home

2609 Gates Avenue offers investors a rare opportunity to acquire a seven-unit North Redondo Beach property with five units delivered vacant. This vacancy profile enables a buyer to immediately implement a comprehensive renovation and leasing strategy. Additionally, the property may offer the opportunity to add a single accessory dwelling unit by converting the existing garage space. The approximately 6,499-square-foot, two-story garden-style property is situated on a 7,504-square-foot lot and offers an attractive mix of (4) two-bedroom / one-and-one-half-bath residences and (3) three-bedroom / one-and-three-quarter-bath residences. With average unit sizes of approximately 928 square feet, the property provides residents with the larger floor plans and functional layouts increasingly sought after in the South Bay rental market.
