About this home

This is not your typical vacant lot. This is a truly unique and special property in a location where opportunities like this are extremely difficult to find. With its exceptional size, privacy, hillside views, unusual access possibilities, proximity to a gated community, and potential for future development, this parcel offers an opportunity that investors, builders, and families dreaming of creating their own special home should take a very close look at. Some parcels are simply different, This is one of them. Discover a rare opportunity to own a nearly 15,000 sq. ft. parcel tucked into a beautiful and highly desirable setting, offering a unique combination of privacy, access, views, and potential that is increasingly difficult to find. Located directly adjacent to a gated community from the rear street, the property may offer access through the community with approval from community management, while also benefiting from a second access point via Hillside Dr through Carbon Canyon. This unusual access configuration adds flexibility and makes this parcel particularly intriguing for builders, investors, or buyers envisioning a custom residence. Privacy is another standout feature. With no immediate neighboring homes in close proximity, the property provides a sense of seclusion that is hard to replicate in a prime location. Utilities are nearby, with power and water available in the vicinity. Although the property has a slope, some parts are relatively flat, potentially providing useful areas for future planning and development. The seller has genuinely appreciated the uniqueness of this property and did not originally intend to sell. A relocation, however, has created an opportunity for a new owner to acquire this special parcel. Opportunities combining size, privacy, potential access from multiple directions, hillside views, and proximity to a gated community do not come along every day. Seller is motivated and will seriously consider reasonable offers. Don't hesitate to submit your strongest offer. Buyers are welcome to conduct their own due diligence and verify any information they consider important. This property is hopefully a great investment opportunity for the right investor, builder, or family looking to create something special. It is recommended that the buyer and their agent do their due diligence and check with the city for any requirements, and with an engineer, or any other investigations deemed necessary.
