About this home

Just completed, this extraordinary private estate encompasses approximately 20 pristine acres beneath the iconic Boney Ridge in coveted West Malibu. Surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty and offering unparalleled privacy, the property captures breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, spectacular sunsets, and the Channel Islands. The newly constructed main residence features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed with soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive living spaces that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. Walls of glass frame the stunning coastal vistas and open to an ocean-view infinity-edge pool and spa, creating an exceptional setting for entertaining, relaxation, and year-round enjoyment. The luxurious primary suite serves as a private sanctuary, complete with a fireplace and an elegant spa-inspired bath. A separate fifth-bedroom suite, featuring its own private entrance and kitchen, offers exceptional versatility as a guest house, caretaker's quarters, or private living space. Enhancing the estate are two additional buildable pads with re-approval permits currently in the final stages. One pad is designed for a fully independent two-bedroom guest house with a two-car garage, while the second is planned for a barn or car barn. All utilities have been conveniently installed underground, preserving the property's natural beauty and unobstructed views. A rare offering that combines brand-new construction, expansive acreage, dramatic coastal panoramas, and complete seclusion, this remarkable estate represents one of Malibu's most enchanting and unique opportunities. A truly magical property that must be experienced to be fully appreciated.
