About this home

Welcome to an extraordinary south-facing and beautifully furnished residence at Marrakesh Country Club, renowned as the ''Jewel of the Desert.'' This distinctive Hollywood Regency home, designed by the master John Elgin Woolf, blends timeless elegance with modern sophistication. Nestled in a fabulous location with prized south exposure, the property offers sweeping golf course and mountain views, setting the stage for an unmatched desert lifestyle. Originally built as a classic B plan, this home was extensively remodeled in 2015 and enhanced with a coveted 3rd bedroom suite. The large front courtyard has been extended to maximize outdoor living space, while the expanded back patio creates an ideal setting for entertaining and relaxation--perfect for soaking in the radiant southern vistas. Inside, high ceilings, light-filled interiors, and impeccable finishes create an atmosphere of refined luxury. A converted golf cart garage now serves as a wonderful office/TV room adjacent to the second guest suite, offering an inspiring space for both work and leisure. Living at Marrakesh Country Club means enjoying an array of world-class amenities. The clubhouse, recently renovated by the illustrious Tom Scheerer - regularly recognized in Architectural Digest's Top 100 Interior Designers-complements the Ted Robinson-designed golf course, consistently ranked as one of the finest 18-hole executive courses in the nation. Additional features include a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, croquet, and access to 14 community pools.
