About this home

A rare opportunity to create an extraordinary estate in one of the area's most sought-after and beautiful neighborhoods. 1230 Wellington awaits with fully approved plans for an exquisite, romantic residence of approximately 5,500 square feet, thoughtfully designed with elegant white stone accents, expansive rooms, soaring ceilings, and a timeless sense of scale and sophistication. Much of the magic is already in place. Set on an impressive lot of more than 21,000 square feet, the property is privately tucked behind a mature, lush hedge and surrounded by meticulously established landscaping. Estate-like gardens meander through the grounds, with stone pathways lined by boxwoods, lavender, and white roses creating an enchanting setting that feels both established and wonderfully secluded. A front wall and gated entrance could add an extra layer of privacy. For the end user who has been searching for a forever home, only to find that many of the area's finest estates still require extensive renovation, this presents a remarkable alternative: the vision, design, approvals, and magnificent grounds are already here, ready to be brought to life. For the investor, it is an equally compelling opportunity with many of the most challenging pieces already in place. RENDERINGS AND DRAWINGS OF THE FULLY APPROVED PROJECT ARE AVAILABLE TO VIEW NOW. 1230 Wellington is more than a project; it is an opportunity to create a truly special estate in an exceptional setting.
