About this home
SELLER FINANCING AVAILABLE! This mountain fixer in the Poppet Flats area of Banning is a 2-bed, 1-bath home on about a quarter-acre lot, with mature oak trees and hillside views in the San Jacinto foothills. Inside, the spacious living room is anchored by an oversized wood-burning fireplace, and the open kitchen has granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless appliances. One bedroom has warm knotty wood walls and a wood-plank ceiling for true cabin character, and the bathroom has a granite vanity. The detached garage has been partially converted into extra flex space with a newer tiled walk-in shower and its own entry. It could make a great studio, workshop, home office, or guest area once finished (buyer to verify permits). Outside you'll find a brick-paved driveway and patio, a side deck, a fully fenced backyard, and room for gardening, entertaining, or RV and toy parking. The home needs repairs and updating, which makes it a strong value-add opportunity for first-time buyers, contractors, or anyone looking for a mountain getaway, weekend cabin, or rural retreat with upside. Seller financing and owner-carry options are available to qualified buyers, subject to seller approval and mutually agreed terms. Bring your vision and make this one your own!
