About this home

Historic charm, modern comfort and a beach-close lifestyle come together in this beautifully updated 1908 South Redondo home. Located west of PCH, less than two blocks from the water, this special residence pairs timeless architectural character with an extensively remodeled interior and substantial property tax savings under the Mills Act. Approximately 2,000 square feet offers three bedrooms and inviting spaces for everyday living and entertaining. A gracious living room with fireplace sets a welcoming tone, while the separate dining room provides a gathering place for everything from casual dinners to holiday celebrations. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a walk-in closet and generous bath with a soaking tub and separate dual-head shower. An extensive renovation included plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, windows, doors, cabinetry, flooring, heating and more, thoughtfully integrating modern conveniences while preserving the home's warmth and original character. Set on a quiet, tree-lined street moments from the beach, harbor, restaurants and shops, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy a beautifully remodeled historic single-family home with a private yard, meaningful Mills Act tax savings and the best of coastal South Redondo just outside your door.
