About this home

A rare stretch of over 9 acres in Malibu, minutes from PCH and the 101 and close to some of Southern California's best surf. The property offers sweeping canyon views by day, ocean glimpses in the distance, expansive usable areas of land, and the kind of privacy that's nearly impossible to find this close to the coast. The existing home on the property has been updated throughout with a clean, modern feel. Outside, string lights and a fire pit set the scene around two Airstreams. Whether you want to live on the land while you plan future construction, run it as an income property, or both, this property offers rare flexibility. Privacy, acreage, and upside like this rarely come on the market
