9,170 SQ. FT. OF OPPORTUNITY & POTENTIAL! A unique opportunity in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County with a Torrance mailing address, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family residence offers approximately 1,791 sq. ft. of living space on a massive 9,170 sq. ft. lot! The existing home, originally built in 1923, is in significant need of repair and is being sold strictly AS-IS. PLUS add an approximately 1,199 sq. ft. detached ADU in the rear-creating approximately 3,788 sq. ft. of combined living space if ultimately approved and completed as designed. The plans are currently in the approval process with Los Angeles County and are NOT yet approved. Plans and additional information are available for review. Buyer to independently verify the status of the plans and all information regarding zoning, development potential, permitting, square footage, allowable uses, and feasibility with Los Angeles County and other appropriate agencies. With a 9,170 sq. ft. lot and architectural plans already well underway, much of the initial groundwork has already been started. Bring your vision and explore the possibilities this oversized property has to offer!
