Perched high above Perris, CA, this extraordinary 12-acre property delivers jaw-dropping 360 degrees views that stretch as far as the eye can see, and now it's available again at a fantastic new price! This is a rare chance to own two legal parcels in one of the fastest-growing corners of Southern California. Whether you're dreaming of building a custom home, starting an investment project, or simply securing land for the future, this property gives you the space and flexibility to make it happen-with about 60% of the land readily usable. With approximately 500 feet of frontage along Clayton Street, you'll enjoy outstanding visibility and easy access. Electricity and water run throughout the property, with public water and sewer service available through Eastern Municipal Water District-a huge convenience for building or developing. The location is unbeatable-right next to Perris Raceway, less than half a mile from Highway 74, and just about two miles from I-215, so you're always well-connected without giving up that peaceful, elevated feel. And there's already a home to enjoy while you plan your next move: a beautifully upgraded, fully retrofitted 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home (updated in 2022) sits perched above the land, offering comfortable, modern living wrapped in nature. All utilities are on-site except gas, and the natural landscape-dramatic boulders, sweeping open space, and total privacy-makes this property feel like a world of its own.
