About this home

Perched in prestigious Howell Mountain AVA, Poetic Moon Estate & Vineyard is an extraordinary private sanctuary where European elegance, Zen-inspired serenity, and Napa Valley's natural beauty converge. Envisioned by Princess Thi-Nga of Vietnam, this remarkable 6.25-acre estate combines refined architecture, manicured gardens, a private Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard, and exceptional indoor-outdoor living. Approximately 2.5 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon vines, featuring Bordeaux clone 337, complement 3.75 acres of manicured European gardens. Majestic cypress trees, blooming roses, flowering borders, and towering redwoods create a breathtaking landscape, while sweeping vineyard views and a gated entrance enhance the estate's privacy and grandeur. The approximately 4,016-square-foot main residence offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms, showcasing imported Crema Marfil-Select Marble, imported illuminated Brazilian Giallo Crystal Onyx, Granite finishes, and soaring 17-foot ceilings. Elegant living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, dramatic fireplaces, and a temperature-controlled 1,500+/- bottle wine cellar create an exceptional setting for living and entertaining. The luxurious primary suite opens onto a private terrace, while its spa-inspired bathroom features chromotherapy, a jetted soaking tub, and a Giallo Crystal Onyx steam shower. A private gym and infrared sauna complete the wellness experience. Expansive Travertine Marble patios, an oversized swimming pool, an illuminated seven-person spa, outdoor fireplaces, and a striking 36-foot linear River of Fire, fire feature creates spectacular spaces for relaxation and entertaining. Two private guest cottages provide four additional bedrooms and four bathrooms, vineyard views, and private outdoor spas. Additional amenities include a attached two car garage, additional three-car garage, generous guest parking, smart-home technology, gated security, a private well, and dedicated water storage. 1089 sqft underground storage/wine cellar. Approximately seven miles from downtown St. Helena and ten miles from Calistoga, the estate offers convenient access to Napa Valley's acclaimed wineries, Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury resorts, and celebrated culinary destinations. Poetic Moon Estate & Vineyard is more than a residence; it is a distinctive Wine Country retreat where architectural artistry, vineyard living, privacy, and timeless luxury unite in extraordinary harmony.
