About this home

Perched atop a scenic knoll overlooking the surrounding wine country landscape, this extraordinary estate captures the romance of a Tuscan villa with the lifestyle amenities of a world-class private resort complete with private access to the Russian River just a short walk or drive below. At its heart is a stunning residence where timeless architecture, warm materials, and expansive entertaining spaces create an atmosphere of understated luxury. Indoor and outdoor living merge seamlessly through covered loggias, terraces, and gathering areas designed for both intimate evenings and grand-scale entertaining. Complementing the main residence is a beautifully remodeled original guest house offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a charming and private retreat ideal for hosting family and friends, accommodating extended stays, creating a dedicated work-from-home environment, or serving as an additional luxury hospitality component of the estate. The outdoor experience rivals that of the finest destination villas, anchored by a spectacular resort-style pool, expansive terraces, and sweeping views across the surrounding landscape. Designed for effortless entertaining and unforgettable gatherings, the estate features a fully appointed outdoor kitchen, an inviting outdoor fireplace for evenings under the stars, and a beautifully integrated bocce court that encourages long afternoons and relaxed wine country competition. Whether hosting elegant dinners, enjoying sunset cocktails, or spending weekends with family and friends, every outdoor space has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate the art of living well. Adding to the estate's rarity is private Russian River access, offering a connection to the water seldom found in properties of this caliber. For wine enthusiasts and entrepreneurs alike, the property includes a permitted winery with capacity for up to 500 cases annually, creating the opportunity to craft, expand, or continue a boutique wine program from one of Northern California's most iconic regions. A truly uncommon offering where luxury living, river recreation, boutique winemaking, and resort-inspired entertaining converge into a singular estate experience.
