About this home

Views, Views, Views! Perfectly positioned on the 8th green of the prestigious Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course, this exceptional PGA West residence captures breathtaking lake, mountain, and fairway views from one of the community's most sought-after locations. Overlooking the iconic par 3 known as ''The Lily Pad,'' featuring its dramatic all-water carry to a V-shaped semi-island green, this is a setting that few homes can match. One of only a handful of rare prototype floor plans ever built by Sunrise, this home offers approximately 2,186 square feet with 2 bedrooms, a den, and 3 bathrooms. The spacious layout is ideal for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring a separate formal dining room, inviting fireplace, and well-appointed kitchen. The flexible den provides an excellent space for a home office, media room, or additional guest accommodations. The outdoor living area is equally impressive, providing an incredible backdrop for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings as golfers play one of PGA West's signature holes. Offered furnished per inventory, this home is ready for immediate enjoyment, whether you're looking for a full-time residence, seasonal retreat, or investment opportunity. Rare floor plans, iconic golf course locations, and panoramic lake and mountain views seldom become available together. This is an exceptional opportunity to own one of PGA West's most unique and memorable properties. Beyond the home, enjoy the unmatched lifestyle that has made PGA West one of the desert's premier resort communities. Residents have possible access to six championship golf courses, three clubhouses, multiple membership options, tennis, pickleball, fitness facilities, dining, and an active social calendar. The HOA provides exceptional value by including 24 hour guard gated security, cable TV, high speed internet, front landscape maintenance, exterior insurance, roof maintenance, and more, making ownership both convenient and worry free.
