About this home

1920s Spanish architecture. An elevated setting in Comstock Hills. A connection to Hollywood history. Previously owned by three-time Olympic gold medalist Sonja Henie, 1717 Comstock Avenue brings together architectural character, privacy, and room to make it your own. Set above the street on approximately 10,859 square feet of land, this four-bedroom, five-bath residence offers approximately 4,035 square feet of living space. Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, abundant natural light, and generously proportioned rooms create a warm, inviting atmosphere, with distinct spaces for entertaining, gathering, and everyday living. The kitchen features a 36-inch Wolf range and built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a private balcony, walk-in closet, jetted soaking tub, and an adjoining room suited to an office, lounge, or nursery. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each open to a balcony, while multiple bedroom suites and flexible living areas offer options for guests, work, and creative pursuits. The elevated grounds provide privacy and space to entertain, garden, or explore a new vision for the property. Enjoy its existing character while bringing your own perspective to the home's next chapter. With convenient access to Century City, Beverly Hills, UCLA, Westwood Village, Holmby Park, and Westfield Century City, 1717 Comstock Avenue offers enduring Spanish charm and a distinctive piece of Los Angeles history in a sought-after Westside neighborhood.
