About this home

Beautifully remodeled San Tropez model in the highly desirable Ocean Hills Country Club! This exceptional home underwent a complete, City of Oceanside-permitted remodel in 2022, transforming the original floor plan into a more spacious, open, and functional living environment. The original interior patio was converted into additional enclosed living space, while the wall separating the kitchen and dining room was removed and replaced with a spacious island featuring sit-up bar seating and a convenient food preparation workspace. This thoughtful redesign creates an inviting, open-concept kitchen and dining area ideal for everyday living and entertaining. When remodeled there was additional interior storage added that is unique to this unit. Extensive improvements include a 4.58 kW SunPower solar system (owned) with 14 panels installed in 2021, a RainSoft whole-home water treatment system installed in 2025, reverse osmosis drinking water filtration at the kitchen sink, and a Clean Start ozone laundry system designed to clean clothing without detergent or hot water. Additional upgrades include a Woodbridge smart toilet with integrated bidet, electronic cathodic corrosion protection for the water heater, a replaced water heater pressure relief valve, and an ultra-quiet garage door opener installed in 2025. Extra storage throughout. Located within the premier gated 55+ community of Ocean Hills Country Club, residents enjoy an exceptional resort-style lifestyle featuring golf, swimming, tennis, pickleball, fitness facilities, a clubhouse, and numerous clubs and social activities. This beautifully updated and expanded San Tropez offers the rare combination of a fully permitted remodel, an improved open-concept floor plan, and substantial recent investments in one of North County San Diego's most desirable active adult communities!
