About this home

Set on a corner lot in sought-after Eastside Costa Mesa, 1917 Tustin Avenue offers a fresh expression of coastal California living. Originally built in 1963, the home has undergone an extensive renovation-essentially everything is brand new-including new structural framing and concrete foundation work to current municipal codes, all-new plumbing and electrical systems, *two* brand new HVAC units, a new roof, new James Hardie Exterior siding (durable + fire resistant), new flooring, new windows and doors, new appliances, and new drywall throughout with craftsman quality interior trim finishes. These comprehensive improvements bring modern infrastructure to an established neighborhood celebrated for its charm and proximity to the coast. An oversized two-car garage provides generous room for parking and storage, while a separate 111-square-foot backyard shed offers additional space for tools, outdoor equipment, and seasonal essentials. These practical amenities complement the renovation and add versatility for everyday living. Located near the boutiques, cafes, and restaurants along 17th Street, with Newport's Back Bay and the beaches of Newport Beach within easy reach, the property is ideally positioned to enjoy the best of coastal Orange County. From morning coffee in the neighborhood to afternoons exploring the Back Bay or unwinding at the beach, this Eastside address offers an appealing balance of neighborhood character and coastal convenience. An exceptional opportunity to own a comprehensively renovated home in one of Costa Mesa's most desirable neighborhoods.
