About this home

Opportunities like this are hard to find! Offered for the first time in over 65 years, this vacant lot is nestled in the desirable Homefield community of Yonkers, a quiet, established neighborhood where vacant parcels are exceptionally rare. Lovingly enjoyed by the same family for generations, this property has served as a wonderful backyard retreat-a place where children played, gardens flourished, and homegrown ingredients made their way to the dinner table. Ideally situated adjacent to 11 Surrey Lane, currently offered for sale (MLS #1067643 at $665,000), this lot presents an exciting opportunity to purchase both properties together and significantly expand the home's outdoor footprint. Create your own private backyard oasis, enjoy additional space for recreation and gardening, or explore the potential for future construction as a standalone property. Buyers are encouraged to contact the City of Yonkers to independently verify zoning, permitted uses, building requirements, and any potential development opportunities. A truly unique offering in a mature, fully developed neighborhood with no other vacant lots currently available. Whether you're looking to expand your outdoor living space or explore the possibilities of a separate property, don't miss this rare chance to own a piece of Homefield! Bring your vision and explore the possibilities!
