About this home
78 acres of land that offers views, water, privacy, direct hiking access and a spring fed well house that historically serviced multiple dwellings. There are stone foundations and stone walls, remnants of a once thriving collection of structures. The property is located on Old Route 52/Plank Road the original road before current Route 52 was built and is bordered by protected lands that extend to the Shawangunk State Forest Preserve. The west facing views provide spectacular sunsets and the stream that collects into a dipping pool, a place to cool off in the heat of the summer. There are many areas of level land that would make great camping spots. A magical parcel to connect to nature and unwind.
