About this home

Behind private gates, on 2.77 secluded acres, exists a life most people will only imagine. This Holmdel estate -- moments from Memorial Sloan Kettering and the pulse of Bell Works -- was conceived without compromise and finished without equal. Swarovski crystal. Italian marble. Gold-plated fixtures. A $1.5M resort backyard where laminar jets catch the evening light. A private spa, a wine cellar, a cinema -- all beneath one roof. Radiant heat underfoot. Every bedroom, its own sanctuary. This is not a home that comes available often. For the buyer who recognizes it -- it never will again. Every bedroom, its own sanctuary. This is not a home that comes available often. For the buyer who recognizes it -- it never will again. To tour 12 Raintree is to understand that its owners did not decorate a house -- they created a standard of living. Three imported Italian marble fireplaces. Mother-of-pearl sinks. Eighteen-karat gold-plated faucets in every room. These are not upgrades selected from a builder's catalog. They are convictions, expressed in material form. The kitchen belongs to someone who takes both craft and hosting seriously -- Viking, Wolf, Sub-Zero, four Fisher & Paykel dishwashers -- performance infrastructure wrapped in beauty. Two full laundry rooms. A five-car garage with hydraulic lift for a sixth. The estate anticipates every demand of a full, ambitious life and answers it quietly, without friction. Downstairs, the finished basement unfolds into its own world: a private spa, a wine cellar built for a serious collection, a home cinema with tiered seating where the outside world simply ceases to exist. A commercial-grade gym. A surround sound system that fills every room. These are not amenities. They are the architecture of a life lived entirely on one's own terms. Outside, the $1.5 million backyard does not ask to be noticed -- it commands it. A heated gunite pool and spa. Laminar jets. Multicolor LED water features that shift the mood from afternoon elegance to evening theater. A Wolf outdoor grill. Phone-automated gates and pool controls. Full surveillance throughout the property. The grounds offer the privacy of an estate and the ease of a five-star resort -- simultaneously, effortlessly. For those desiring proximity to Bell Works, MSK, or NYC -- 12 Raintree Court offers something the market almost never produces: a property where nothing was left for the next owner to finish. It is complete. It is rare.
