About this home

Windows boarded for peace-of-mind, home is completely cleared of debris, 4445 Wheeler road is not as bad as you may think. The interior is not in good condition, but it's not the worst you've seen either. The lot size is unbelievable, a whopping .79-acre lot. Development planned for the former Giant site directly across the street. Given the large lot at 4445 Wheeler, perhaps the strategy is buy-and-hold. This site is a "zebra" it's zoned residential, but surrounded by commercial, plus the big development planned directly across the street. Commercial zoning, after purchasing, could be explored. Just so you know, Pegasus Motors next door is for sale. Buy 4445 Wheeler and that site. This could lay the foundation for you to have an amazing future development site. As-is estate sale.
