About this home

Stunning contemporary sanctuary set on nearly four private acres overlooking serene Beaver Dam Creek off Princeton Avenue -- an exceptional blend of modern luxury and waterfront tranquility. Located just minutes from some of the Jersey Shore's finest beaches, this rare offering provides extraordinary boating access, with a short ride to Barnegat Bay and direct ocean access via both the Point Pleasant and Barnegat Inlets. Despite its peaceful, secluded setting, the property remains conveniently close to the Garden State Parkway, offering easy access to New York City and beyond. Spanning approximately 5,100 square feet, the light-filled interior showcases clean architectural lines and artfully designed living spaces throughout. The dramatic great room features soaring vaulted ceilings and 16-foot walls of glass that frame breathtaking creek views. Designed for both entertaining and everyday living, the custom chef's kitchen is appointed with premium appliances and refined finishes. The expansive third-floor primary suite serves as a private retreat, complete with a waterfront balcony, dedicated office, and two walk-in closets. Five bedrooms and four full baths are complemented by exceptional amenities and energy-efficient systems, including a three-stop elevator, geothermal HVAC, radiant heated bathroom floors, an owned 10 kW solar array, and dual EV charging hookups in the garage. Outdoor living is equally compelling, featuring a spacious deck off the great room, nearly 200 feet of bulkhead waterfront, and a private nature trail that invites year-round enjoyment of the surrounding wildlife and natural beauty. Additional highlights include a two-car garage and a thoughtfully designed layout equally suited for grand-scale entertaining or quiet coastal living. A truly rare waterfront estate on Beaver Dam Creek, combining striking contemporary design, privacy, premier boating access, and commuter-friendly convenience.
