About this home

Architecturally significant Kessler Park located in the private gated enclave of Kessler Reserve Court with private entrance to adjacent Kidd Springs Park and walkable to the vibrant Bishop Arts district with some of Dallas' best restaurants and shopping. This newer construction contemporary home designed and built by the late Tom Greico creates a mix of modern architecture with clean lines while integrating comfortable living. The elevated lot turning down into the canyon with stone retaining wall is a nice compliment to the facade of natural building elements. Walls of glass and hardwood floors are features throughout. Soaring ceilings with fireplace and staircase are highlights in this great room. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are seamlessly connected defining a thoughtful design for entertaining. Sliding glass accordion doors lead to the front courtyard and allow for the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. The chef's kitchen includes Thermador and Miele appliances, a stunning backsplash, and a large island. A custom cabinet wall offers plenty of built-in storage with adjustable shelving. This open kitchen is well thought out and ideal for gathering and hosting dinner parties. Nearby is a walk-in pantry, desk built for two, and utility room. Down the hall is a den with panoramic views to the exterior offering a sleek aesthetic flow. This flexible space can also be used as a study. Conveniently located on the first level is the primary bedroom. The spa-like bathroom features double vanities and an expansive shower with dual shower heads. A spacious walk-in closet is also a great attribute in this owner's retreat. Enjoy the treetop views with the well-placed transom windows that provide an abundance of natural light throughout both levels. Two guest bedrooms, as well as a full bath offers privacy and completes the second level. The free-flowing open concept and warmth of selected materials are signature details in this custom residence.
