About this home

The Glass Tree House A unique glass treehouse feel and a magical experience await you as you step down the custom slate stairs into another world. As many visitors have stated-IT IS ART. 3025 Geronimo was featured on The Austins Coolest Vacation home tours and on The New York Times online, Dwell, countless photo shoots, music videos, films and so much more and a documentary about how the home was constructed is in post production. This modern and contemporary four bedroom three full bath Luxor Custom Home is unlike anything you have seen with glass walls that stand over 30 feet tall. Architect John Allen agreed to help super fans of his Manitou personal glass house residence to design a larger version of his Glass House a few miles away. Custom rock walls at this home carved into the side of a cliff give it a pretty private and serene setting. Metal roof, steel construction, commercial grade doors, Honey Onyx countertops, a moss rock shower, Calcutta marble countertops and marble floors are only a few of the luxurious features. This design also boasts two large primary sized bedrooms with large closets! A rare second lot that has abundant potential and opportunity on its own (pool, workshop, boat parking, enclosed storage, or could even support another full-sized home or guest home)can be purchased for a separate price. Low restrictions and great short term rental opportunity. Located in the trendy community of Apache Shores, live 5 minutes from Lake Travis and 3 minutes from Lake Austin.
