About this home

Ask about potential seller concessions, including a rate buydown. At 397 Secret Way in Spring Branch, mornings start with sweeping Canyon Lake and Hill Country views, and evenings can end in the waterfall hot tub tucked into your own private courtyard. This 2,534-square-foot custom, all-masonry home sits on a corner lot in Mystic Shores, with a distinctive floor plan that wraps around a grotto-like courtyard with a goldfish pond and mature shade trees. The oversized covered deck has room for a long dining table and separate seating areas, making it easy to host a crowd with the lake as your backdrop. Inside, expansive windows bring the water views into the main living area, a stone fireplace anchors the sitting room, and the kitchen pairs rustic stone finishes with natural wood cabinetry. Two additional rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, while the primary suite offers a dedicated office, a flexible bonus room, and a bath with a jetted tub, dual vanities, and a dual-entry shower. Additional features include recent updates in several areas, a water softener, two on-demand tankless water heaters, two AC units, and native stone paths through the landscaped grounds. Spend weekends at the Mystic Shores lakefront park, with a pool, hiking trails, shaded picnic tables, an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace, a clubhouse, and volleyball and other sports courts. A second amenity center offers another pool and a playground. Rebecca Creek Elementary and Boat Ramp 23 are a short drive away, with access to shopping, dining, and everyday services in Bulverde, New Braunfels, and the greater San Antonio area.
