About this home

Beautiful two lots with a view of Lake Whitney. The front of the lots are flat then they slope downward to the back. Trees line the back of the lots along a bluff. Across the bluff is nothing but trees. When you look to the left you will see the lake. These lots are a perfect location to build a home and enjoy the tranquility of the area. The water for the community is from a private well, provided by Texas Water Utilities and you would be responsible to have a water meter installed. The power is provided by TNMP, you would need to contact them about service. Water and power is already located nearby. You would also be responsible for your septic and we have a list of local installers. This community also has a boat dock and ramp to the lake, a Community Center which provides a dinner once a month for property owners and various other events. A small church is in the community as well. Let's talk about all the wildlife. An abundance of deer, road runners and an occasional turkey, and not to mention the various birds. What are you waiting on to The Canyons on Lake Whitney. You will not want to leave.
