About this home

At the heart of the property is a thoughtfully designed upscale one bedroom barndominium with high-end amenities, plus a large two-bay garage and porch. The porch centers around a large stone fireplace, creating an inviting setting for entertaining. With its comfortable layout and quality construction, you'll have a guest residence, private weekend retreat, or temporary home while your primary residence is being designed and built. From this elevated vantage point, take in the property's spectacular panoramic views, beautiful sunsets, mature trees, abundant wildlife, warm fires and the peaceful landscape, elevating your outdoor living experience. The acreage provides multiple potential homesites, allowing you to choose the ideal location and orientation for your custom dream home. The property is located within an established HOA, which maintains the character and standards of an upscale residential community. Please note: Neighborhood restrictions require the purchaser to construct a primary residence in addition to the existing living quarters.
