About this home

2720 Willing offers all the old charm you'd expect in an older Ryan Place home with the added modern conveniences to make it livable for today's homeowners. Stately red oaks shading the front yard and a beautiful stone and petrified wood facade lead to an original arched wood front door. Once inside you are greeted with beautifully maintained original oak hardwoods, a Bachelder tile fireplace, and plentiful windows finished with plantation shutters throughout the first floor. Passing through the dining room take special note of the vintage chandelier hanging over the dining table. The recently updated kitchen boasts new brass hardware, a wine refrigerator, farm sink, gas stove, large double ovens, walk-in pantry, and new refrigerator and dishwasher. The spacious den was a thoughtful addition of a previous owner and has a wood-burning fireplace with gas starter. The primary suite is sizable for a home of this era, and a large added bath has dual sinks, a vintage claw foot tub and large shower with two shower heads. The secondary bath shines with its original cabinetry and porcelain tile. Upstairs is a large flex area that currently serves as an extra bedroom and office with convenient half bath and plentiful storage. This unique property also offers a back deck and oversized garage. New sewer line. Willing Avenue is one of the notable tree-lined streets in Ryan Place and this block is known as one of its best! Come and see for yourself.
