About this home
Amazing history & charm in downtown Burton, TX!! If these walls could talk they would have lots to say from the August Stelter Tin Shop days circa 1930's to later the radio tv repair shop of Bill Schulenberg. The property was purchased in 2014, reimagined and restored by current owners into an amazing, magical 1bd/1ba quaint space with current arrangement sleeps up to 6. Fun and funky with unique decor and artwork, original wood walls, ceilings and floors. This place exudes coziness, charm and character. Located in downtown Burton and only hop, skip and jump from local eateries, shopping, history and live music. Property has been enjoyed by the owners and booked throughout the year and during antique festivals. Perfect to maximize that potential as a vacation rental throughout the year. Property is offered mostly turnkey with few small exclusions. You must see this hidden gem to appreciate it!!
