About this home
Tucked away on two private lots in Marble Falls, 5705 Shirley offers a rare opportunity with not one, but two charming tiny homes, both backing up to a sprawling 100-acre ranch with no restrictions. The first home, a cheerful blue cottage, spans about 425 sq. ft. with 1 bedroom, while the second, a vibrant red studio, is a cozy 288 sq. ft. efficiency (per tax records). Both properties have an established history as successful short-term rentals, making them ideal for continued income or as peaceful personal retreats. The two homes share a thoughtfully designed well and septic system-the well located on the blue home's lot and the septic on the red home's lot. Recent improvements include a new washer and dryer, upgraded electrical system, and a brand-new mini-split AC in the red house, ensuring modern comfort. Just minutes from the scenic Turkey Bend Recreational Area, this unique property blends privacy with easy access to outdoor adventure and Hill Country beauty.
