About this home

Hidden gem in the heart of Westlake Hills. This 1.72 acre lot features Bee Creek running through the middle, creating a unique and natural divide. This portion of the creek is spring fed and has water year-round most years. Views of the creek can be seen from the building site, which is in unincorporated Travis County. It has been cleared and is ready to build. The west side of the creek is in The City of Westlake Hills and is filled with trees, trails, privacy, and character. There is a natural stone grotto at the rear of the property, adding to its own magic to this special place. It is one of only two properties that front on Shadybrook Cove. You feel miles away from the City, yet it's minutes to downtown Austin. Peaceful, private, serene, green and unique...you must see this one-of-a-kind property in person to truly appreciate it.
