About this home

Spicewood is buzzing with renewed energy as Lake Travis is full again, bringing back the boating, fishing, swimming, and lake-day lifestyle that makes this area so sought-after. Lakeside Beach offers gated privacy and exceptional amenities, including a homeowners' park with direct lake access, a boat ramp, fishing pier, swim pier, picnic areas, and a community pool - everything buyers want in a true lake community. With strong amenities today and significant infrastructure improvements ahead, demand and long-term value in the area continue to rise. Tucked back in this quiet gated community, 601 Echo sits on 1.65 acres of pure tranquility. Towering trees surround the home, and it backs to a pristine 165-acre privately owned ranch-providing unmatched privacy and the soothing sounds of nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck as deer wander through and cardinals fill the air with birdsong; you may even spot the resident screech owls returning to their birdhouse. Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feel warm and inviting. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located downstairs, while the spacious upstairs primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The property is well equipped for country living, with a dog run, storage shed/shop, and covered parking for your Boat, ATV, Trailer, RV or Motor coach. From the back porch, the view stretches across the gulch and up Alligator Creek. Echo Ln gets its name from the echo of a dog bark or a coyote's howl. Also, especially while building this home and over the years, the owners have discovered countless arrowheads lying on the ground. This is more than a home; it's a lifestyle. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave.
