About this home

Rare 40-Acre Preserved Horse Farm on Coveted Hill Road Set along one of Upper Freehold's most desirable country roads, this exceptional 40-acre preserved horse farm offers the combination of rolling terrain, established equestrian infrastructure, privacy, and breathtaking views that are increasingly difficult to find. Hill Road is renowned for its scenic landscape, surrounded by preserved farms, open fields, and gently rolling countryside. The property is thoughtfully equipped for an equestrian lifestyle, featuring multiple paddocks, barns, and run-in sheds, with ample land for horses and other agricultural pursuits. The rolling topography and expansive open spaces create a picturesque farm setting while offering practical functionality for everyday use. Perched to take full advantage of the property's natural elevation, the four-bedroom contemporary residence enjoys an exceptional vantage point overlooking the farm. While the home would benefit from updating and improvement, its location on the property is truly special. An open floor plan, cathedral-ceilinged great room with stone fireplace, 3 1/2 baths, and full basement provide a strong foundation for creating a distinctive country residence. An expansive deck overlooks the paddocks and surrounding farmland, providing an ideal setting to enjoy morning coffee, entertain, or simply take in the changing landscape and watch the horses. A rare opportunity to acquire 40 preserved acres on one of Upper Freehold's premier roads, with established equestrian facilities and a home positioned to capture the very best views the property has to offer. With some vision and updating, this farm has the potential to become an extraordinary country and equestrian estate.
