About this home

Something is just beginning to take shape... and if you've been waiting for the right place to build your dream, Lacek Mill might be calling your name. Tucked into China Spring, about 20 minutes from downtown Waco, this is where you get both worlds. Far enough out to feel the quiet, the space, the exhale at the end of the day... but close enough that everything you need is near enough. This listing is for one 1-acre homesite, with additional lots available starting at $80,000. Right now, Lacek Mill is in its early days. Only a few homes are in progress, so you're not stepping into something crowded or picked over. You're getting in early, while there is still room to choose your spot, design your home, and be part of how this neighborhood comes together. Here's where the value stands out... the groundwork is already done. Water access is secured, with meters set aside for the community. Underground utilities, including fiber optic internet and power, are already in place. No overhead lines, no guessing...just a smoother path from idea to build. Each homesite offers a full acre, giving you space to build something that actually fits your life. The restrictions are light but thoughtful. Homes must be at least 1800 square feet, include a side-entry garage, and feature at least 60% masonry on the front. Enough to keep the feel elevated, without boxing you into a cookie-cutter design. If you've been searching for land in China Spring, a gated community near Waco, or a place to build a custom home with space and privacy, this is one of those opportunities that doesn't come around often...especially with utilities already in place and pricing that still reflects early access. This is where you can build the home you've been picturing. When you drive by, please note the orange flags and tape are APPROXIMATE locations to offer a visual idea of the lot
