The owners were careful to preserve what is meant to be kept yet upgraded important features: new HVAC, new irrigation system, new shutters, updated lighting, landscaping & more (see list). The farmhouse is affectionately furnished with bespoke Round Top antiques, treasures, and vintage finds, which convey in the sale (excluding select items). Outside, a fire pit area with string lights offers a magical space to lounge fireside. The history continues - a classic red barn is ready for its next adventure. The opportunity to convert it into an additional revenue generating space awaits - a second guest suite, an event venue, there is no limit to your imagination. Ready to earn from day one - a seamless, turnkey transition into vacation rental ownership. Or simply keep it as your own Round Top dream for weekend country getaways in the heart of it all.
