About this home

NEW PRICE & SELLER IS MOTIVATED!! Enjoy waterfront living on beautiful Lake Placid with full river access, expansive water views, and endless opportunities for boating, fishing, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the water. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway, full-time residence, or investment property, this waterfront retreat offers the best of lake living. Currently operating as an active short-term rental, the home is also located outside the floodplain, so flood insurance is not required-a rare advantage for waterfront property. Experience 112 feet of improved Lake Placid frontage in McQueeney. Stone pathways, tiered patios, and multiple seating areas lead to the shoreline. The boathouse features a single boat lift, double jet ski lift, and an upper deck for relaxing, fishing, or enjoying the view. A waterside fire pit, detached two-car garage with workshop, storage building with electricity, and an additional storage building provide plenty of space for lake equipment and outdoor gear. The renovated mid-century stucco home with a metal roof offers three bedrooms, two baths, and beautiful waterfront views. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The living room is anchored by a wood-burning stone fireplace. The primary suite includes an office area, sliding glass doors to the backyard, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The home may be purchased fully furnished and decorated, creating a truly turnkey lake retreat or short-term rental opportunity. Note - Property is also available for long term lease beginning September for $3,500/month.
