About this home

Create the home you've been envisioning on 4.11 acres along Renee Ford Road in highly sought-after Stanfield! Several initial steps have already been completed. A building pad has been graded, a temporary driveway has been installed, and, per seller, the property has been perc tested and approved for a four-bedroom septic system. Bring your builder and explore the possibilities! Enjoy Stanfield's small-town charm with shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences nearby in Locust, plus access to the greater Charlotte area's amenities and employment centers. An existing cell tower is located on the property. No ownership, interest, or income relating to the cell tower is included in the sale. The property shall be sold subject to a perpetual easement allowing the cell tower to remain on the property. Buyers should independently verify acreage, property boundaries, legal access, zoning, permitted uses, building requirements, setbacks, utility availability, connection costs, and site suitability for their intended use. Buyers should review all recorded easements, restrictions, and other matters affecting the property, including the location and terms of the perpetual cell tower easement. Septic approval documentation should be reviewed to confirm its current status, conditions, and applicability to the buyer's proposed home and site plan. Buyers should verify that the graded building pad and temporary driveway meet requirements for their proposed construction, including any necessary soil compaction testing and driveway or entrance approvals.
