About this home

The land, the pond, the space. Now bring your vision! Sitting on 7.865 acres in Quitman ISD, this unfinished two story barndominium home gives you the opportunity to take what's been started and make it your own. Built in 2023, it features a planned 3 bedroom, 2 bath layout with spacious living areas and plenty of windows to take in the views. Want a downstairs bedroom? There's room for one. The oversized garage offers approximately 660 square feet giving you plenty of space for parking, tools, and projects. Step outside to a covered porch, scattered mature trees, and your own pond. Whether you're picturing a garden, evenings on the porch, or simply more room to spread out, there's plenty of potential here. Inside, the partially completed spaces are ready for your ideas and finishing touches. Priced at $220,000 as is, with the buyer responsible for completing the home. Seller may also consider finishing the home at a higher price, with the work, finishes, price, and timeline agreed to in a written construction contract.
