About this home
This is the kind of home that is simply **screaming, "Bring me back to beautiful!"** Once a true showstopper, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is filled with character, charm, and incredible potential. Original wood floors run throughout much of the home, while rounded doorways add an English cottage feel you just don't find in newer construction. The spacious, flowing floor plan offers plenty of room to reimagine each space and make it uniquely your own. An attached apartment, previously used as a man cave, offers even more possibilities-guest quarters, home office, studio, game room, or whatever fits your lifestyle. And wait until you see the laundry room-it's the kind of oversized, functional space laundry-room dreams are made of! The beautiful property offers a peaceful setting while still being located within city limits. Pipe fencing on 3 sides. Ready for Horses or Cattle The home has been vacant for an extended period and will require renovation, including the kitchen, but the bones, space, and character are here for someone with vision and creativity to bring this special property back to life. The working water well has a high iron content, and there are three septic systems located on the property. The home was moved to the property in 1964. This property is being sold as part of an estate, and the family heirs have not lived in the home. Being sold AS IS. **In its day, this home was a showstopper. With the right vision, it could absolutely be one again.**
