About this home

Infinity Home Site. See the horizon in every direction. Perched two hundred fifty feet above the road, this rare Clayton Mountain home site delivers what almost no property can: uninterrupted views in every direction. Watch the sun set to the west, look north to Lake Palo Pinto, south toward Gordon. You'll stand eye level with soaring birds. Dramatic rock cliffs give way to a beautifully level home site at the summit, crowned with mature native oaks, offering natural shade and unlimited architectural design possibilities. Owners enjoy access to a robust list of facilities including 12,000 square foot Arthur L Ruff Center with workout equipment, aerobics loft, indoor lap pool, steam room, hot tub, game tables, movie theater, huge pool, sand volleyball, & horseshoes. The Cove on Lake McIntire includes a clubhouse on the shores of Lake McIntire with a pool, fishing pier, boats, & kitchen. Additionally, there are miles of hiking trails, several fishing lakes, and beautiful scenery in every direction. The new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park is just a short drive away as well. There are deed restrictions on the property. Lot is located in a custom home community with Owners Association. There is a water meter available at the street from Lake Palo Pinto Area Water Supply. Power available from United Co-Op. Connections are made at the time of construction and handled by the builder. Contact agent for information about the builder and to get a copy of the deed restrictions. Five minutes off Interstate Twenty, and just inside the gates, a quick right on Falcon Trail and you're home.
