About this home

SeaBreeze... Set along a rare private ocean easement in Harvey Cedars, this classic cedar-shake residence offers an increasingly difficult-to-find combination of direct ocean views, private beach access and generous indoor-outdoor living. Raised on pilings and thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels, the home features four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. The first living level includes three guest bedrooms, including one en-suite, an additional hall bath and a comfortable den that provides a separate place to relax or gather. The top floor is designed around the view. An open-concept kitchen, dining and living area opens directly onto an oceanside terrace, where string lighting creates an inviting setting for evening dinners and cocktails overlooking the Atlantic. The primary suite is also located on this level and includes a private bath, while a conveniently positioned powder room serves the main living area. Ocean views can be enjoyed from both interior living levels, the expansive decks and the rooftop deck, which provides an elevated vantage point for sunsets, summer fireworks and panoramic Island views. At ground level, the property offers covered parking, ample enclosed storage, an outdoor shower and a private splash pool complemented by a covered outdoor bar. Classic hardwood floors, timeless interior details, cedar-shake siding, white trim and copper flashing reflect the enduring character of this Jay Madden-designed coastal home. Comfortable and ready to enjoy today, the property also presents an exceptional long-term opportunity to thoughtfully renovate and enhance a well-built, elevated home in one of Harvey Cedars' most desirable oceanside settings. Close proximity to Harvey Cedars Marina for convenient boat dockage. Walk to Sunset Park for summer concerts events, recreational fields, courts, and kids playground.
