About this home

Perched atop a private knoll in the prestigious Howell Mountain AVA, this exceptional 6.45-acre vineyard estate captures the essence of Napa Valley living. Surrounded by sweeping vineyard and mountain views, the gated property offers a rare combination of privacy, natural beauty, and an established vineyard in one of Napa Valley's most celebrated wine-growing regions. Approximately four acres are planted primarily to Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The vineyard's fruit has contributed to highly regarded Cabernet programs, including multiple wines recognized among the Top 100 Napa Valley Cabernet, an impressive pedigree that adds to the estate's distinctive character and potential. At the heart of the property is a recently renovated single story ranch style residence designed to embrace its remarkable surroundings. The three-bedroom, three full bath home features a spacious kitchen, generous living and dining areas, and inviting spaces for both everyday living and entertaining. A separate one-bedroom, one-bath guest house with a full kitchen provides additional accommodations for guests, extended family, or potential rental use. The outdoor setting is equally captivating. Long shaded porches, a vineyard-view gazebo, custom fire pit, rock waterfall, and bocce ball court create an atmosphere made for gathering, relaxing, and experiencing the beauty of wine-country living. From intimate evenings overlooking the vines to entertaining beneath the stars, every element of the property reflects the lifestyle that makes Napa Valley so extraordinary. Offering both lifestyle and opportunity, the estate provides flexibility to continue operating the vineyard, explore the potential for a private wine label, or simply enjoy an extraordinary private retreat surrounded by some of Napa Valley's most renowned vineyards. A truly distinctive opportunity to own a private vineyard estate in the world-renowned Howell Mountain AVA.
