About this home

The Wyers 35 is located in one of the most beautiful and sought after locations in Texas. Located just one mile north of the old German community of Frelsburg (founded in 1837) and less than 15 miles north of Columbus on I-10, the Wyers 35 is perfectly located to enjoy the peace and quiet of rural living, yet close to everything you want and need from an urban setting. The Wyers 35 is set nicely between Austin (90 mi.) and Houston (75 mi.). And, most importantly, only 30 minutes south of the antique capital of Texas, Round Top. The acreage is perfectly laid out with the front half being open and the back half being wooded with a mix of beautiful cedars and oaks. And, when spring arrives the wildflowers blow up and the bluebonnets show off! There are 2 dry ponds on the property along with RV hookups and a small septic system, as well as power provided by San Bernard Electric Coop. A seasonal creek adds another level of enjoyment on the back end of the acreage. The Wyers 35 is a blank canvas with a ton of potential. Come build your dream home and watch the beautiful sunsets that only you can get from your back porch in rural Texas.
