About this home

Adorable vintage home with views of the Llano River from the front porch. This 1891 home has had major renovations and is ready for its next owner to enjoy right away. Newer hard wood flooring, electrical and plumbing upgrades, metal roof, cement curbing around the house and so much more. What this home lacks in size, it makes up for with classic charm. Currently it's set up as a Bed and Breakfast. It's your choice; continue to use it in this way, make it your Hill Country hang out or it would be great for a full time home. It's in a perfect location, just one block from Badu Park and town lake/Llano River. Imagine walking the kids to the splash pad, hitting the walking paths with your pup or jumping in the river to swim. Nice views of the river from the front porch means you don't have to go far to take it all in. Situated on a .30 acre lot with an additional out building (with electric and water) there are lots of future use possibilities. If you're looking for a home or investment property in the Hill Country, you should check this one out!
